Read at your own risk. Some days will be ups, and I'll most certainly have my downs as well. And it could be really sudden, too. Some entries might be superlong, some might be really short. I guess some of my stuff could be a bit more... personal (?) than others, but I promise that it won't be... that. Or that. And most certainly NOT THAT. Actually, most of it will probably be me talking about my painfully boring and stupid wonderful school life. And maybe about my dreams, if I have any.

So, since this is my first entry, I guess I'll just... start monologuing.

My name is Kyashii. Some know me as Kya, Bumblebee, Honey, Bee... honestly, I couldn't care less what you call me. Whatever floats your boat, I guess.

I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. ((For all you Chibiattack-brand-pedo-cereal-eaters, my parents wouldn't like to see you hanging around my house, so don't. And if you do, hide on the roof by my room Since the side effects are... you know, you should know which room is mine. :'D)). I'm currently in 8th grade, and am really short for my age. Still under 5', yo. I'm also one of the younger people in my grade. My birthday is on the 4th of February, my favourite colour is purple, and my favourite band is Marianas Trench. I'm not big on country music, but I do enjoy Taylor Swift, Jennette McCurdy, and Kina Grannis' music. I'm an anti, I guess. I don't get what's so spectacular about Twilight, or why my friends never get tired of it. I also can't see why people think Justin Bieber has stunningly good looks. Don't get me wrong, he'd be a good singer... if he was a girl.

This year will be my second year of Junior High. I attend a Catholic school; an ECSD ((Edmonton Catholic School District)) school that takes students from kindergarten to Grade 9. Two people on this site go to the same school as me: Zephyr and Amanthis. Well, Amanthis hasn't joined here yet. But, yeah, you get the point. I doubt Amanthis ((who happens to be my best friend)) and I will be in the same class. Because there's that one teacher who I'll refer to as That One Teacher, or T.O.T. from now on, who probably requested that she and I be split up. She can do that. Ugh. Ugly bi-

So, we finally get choices this year. As in, art or music. I already have piano lessons, and I want to learn guitar, AND T.O.T. is the music teacher... so, as you might've guessed already, I'm taking art. Well, it's actually art/drama. I'm not so big on drama, but I figure I'll survive. Plus, it'll help me build on my nonexistent acting skills. I mean... I can't act without laughing at some point. Godforbid that it happen if I ever have to perform. What classes are you guys taking this year?

Hm. You're still reading? Eh, you must be really bored. Heh. "Why is there bacon in the soap?!" I can't get that out of my head. How I love that show, Invader Zim. And GIR. Yeah, mainly GIR.

As you guys should all probably know by now, I have a really short attention span. Which is mainly why I'm writing a blog; to test myself. I'll try to keep this diary-of-sorts for... well, I dunno. I'll try to keep at it. I don't care if you follow it or not. But sometimes... I might not write at all because of schoolwork and... banning and stuff. The usual.

I'm really disorganized, but I'm trying to keep my room clean this year. Yeah. I know. I called my friend telling her that I cleaned my room ((which I did!)). She didn't believe me, nor did she remember what type of floor I have. And she didn't know I had a huge freaking desk in my room under my top-bunk-bed. She thought it was just a pile of crap, which, to tell you the truth... it was. :'D

I finally ((officially)) finished my swimming courses, and it's off to Bronze Star for me! Technically, I'd already finished level 10, but I was in the 9/10 split, and they obviously don't care if I did all the level 10 crap already. Oh, and I get to brag about my mini-accomplishment: I beat my classmate-dudes in the Lungbusters competetion. No, you don't get to blow peoples' lungs up even though that would be FREAKING HILARIOUS. Instead, you get to have a swimming competition. Whoever can dive into the water and swim farthest without taking a breath wins. The first round was easier, because you could use your arms, but for the second one, you had to stay underwater the entire time. I went all the way to the other end both times. Well... the second round, I was short a meter. Shucks. 25 meters without taking a breath? I have small lungs... I can see why they're called "Lungbusters".

Just thought I'd let you guys know, I can laugh pretty easily. Usually at really immature stuff. Reading/watching funny stuff on the internet? Yeah, that literally makes me laugh out loud. But I try to stifle it... because then my mom gets all, "What are you laughing at? Is it age-appropriate?" and stuff. She probably thinks I'm watching porn and stuff. My God.

I actually chose today to start writing in my blog because tomorrow will be my last day of freedom before the school year starts. I won't be here during the long weekend because I'll be going camping with the AG ((Adolescence Group)) again this year. Last year was my first true year with the AG, and we went camping. The only reason why I'm going is because one of my best friends is going too. She's my anime/Vocaloid-obsessed friend. ((And no, she's not Kyuu!))

When we went camping last year, we went to Wabamun. Er, three-four hours away from Edmonton? It's like... full of thorns, and wasps swarm the grounds. BUT it's an amazing place to camp all the same. We make our own food, and travel to nearby places... and the most boring part is probably going to a church on sunday because, well... AG is a church group. Yep. Bunch of kids, camping, and we don't even get a break from church.

The camp itself is terrifying in an exciting way at night, and we love to play Mafia around the campfire. The bathrooms are really far away, so we take a lamp/flashlight and a buddy if we need to go. Hmm... what else is there? OH, RIGHT. Last year, there was a tornado in the nearby... city-thing. We didn't have access to lower ground, the wind was insane, and we all had to call our parents. Luckily, it was headed away from us, but the phone call I gave my family made it sound like we were all gonna die. Lawl. We were huddled in the shelter-storage-area and playing Telephone. It was hilarious, especially 'cause we're all Asians and some are FOBs and some ended up being translated into Cantonese... ah, good times, good times. Oh, and the tornado tore up my old school's trees. XD

Another accomplishment for the year/summer? I finally grew enough to be able to ride the Mindbender, the largest indoor triple-loop roller coaster. It was AMAZING. My friend and I, who also grew enough to be able to ride it and constantly brags about being half a centimeter taller than me, went on it six times. And on every ride we went on that had a camera-thing, we did that I'm-a-moose pose. :D

I start school on the 1st, so no more night shifts for me if I want to live through the school year. I honestly don't know how I'll return to my usual school routine, but I'll have to find a way.

I'll think of more to bore you readers with the next time I decide to write.
