HORSE TIPS!

Yeah, so I was wondering if anyone here had any tips for guying a horse and tack? Me a Celestial are possibly getting a horse together, or seperately as we have just found an ad agency that you get paid quite a lot for, so it would help both of us. I seriously doubt anyone here rides, but I was interested in seeing. If you had friends and stuff that maybe did riding you could ask them?

So yeah, tips on buying a horse and tack, or just horse care in general. Maybe even suggestions for saving money.

Don't touch a horse's ears. Ever. Or a pony's for that matter. I learnt that the hard way T.T

Don't ride bareback if you don't know how to. Haha I know of people that've ticked horses off by doing it wrong and got bucked up and kicked... >.< Haha I used to when I was little though when we still had horses.

I know how to ride bare back, and jockey ride! Jockey riding's fun. But yeah, I had a friend that was trampled cause she irritated a horse while bareback riding...

The important thing is getting to know your horse before even thinking about riding it. I know. Salitre bit me several times the first time I rid him T.T

Yeah, I'll definately trial ride it before I buy it. But I wont get my saddle untill after we get the horse, so I can get one that fits. And I'll spend the day out at the pony club when we first bring her/him in. I'll wash her and everything.

You gotta be firm with your horse or ponytaaa. Cause Eridess was bein' all stubborn and she kept going off the trail so I had to pull her back and she was all NUUU! and I was like YEEEEEH! and then she finally came back but she got pulled behind Charlie who's really slow and so I made her wait and then had her go fashttter. :D

I read reviews. Worms World Party looks way better :D But now I want it too D:
